The seasonal rentings we offer are all located in the area of Uzès. This area is called Uzège. It is in the heart of the department of Gard, between Nîmes, Avignon, and Alès.

In Uzès, the house of Pins Bérard is built on two levels, with an out of the common view on the Eure Valley, the garrigue, and the Promenade Racine, in Uzès. It has the advantage of enclosed large grounds, with a swimming-pool, a covered terrace, and a solarium.

The house is evolutionary : it can host from 4 to 12 persons.

Living-room, dining-room, well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets.

Rates vary according to the season and the number of occupiers. As an example, for 4 persons : slack season : € 650 a week + electricity, from the 1st of June until the 14th of July and from the 15th of August until the 30th of September : € 2,000 a week ; and from the 15th of July until the 14th ao August : € 2,500 a week.
