So that your holidays are real holidays, friendly and restful ; so that your house welcomes you with a smile ; so that your secondary home is safe while you are away, we offer you :

• the maintenance of your garden and of your swimming-pool,
• the preparation of the house before the arrival of the owners or of the tenants (heating, air-conditioning, house ventilation, first needs shopping...),
• phone calls forwarding,
• the supervision of the house. This can be done daily, weekly or according to your needs, in partnership with Alphatec (alarms),
• first steps with the police or the insurance company...

We also offer you a help to seasonal renting. We will receive your tenants and make sure their stay is enjoyable. Non owner of the professional card as stated in the law of the 2nd of January 1970, we will only be your middleman, without money handling.

Rates : as an example, for a montly cost of € 76, you will get a call forwarding, a weekly visit and two monthly hours of house cleaning within a radius of 5 kilometers. Any other extra act will be charged € 16,80 per hour (including VAT) + cost of materials.
